The Consistory of Mazarrón has launched a competition to award the construction of a cultural center on an existing structure.
The municipal agreement states that the deadline for proposals is open until Monday, January 25.
The basis of the call indicate that the program will evaluate improvements to be offered as a technical report and work program.
The implementation period of the works included in the contest is fixed at 12 months.
The building will be a multipurpose cultural center that will integrate City Public Library, Auditorium, Exhibition Hall and several function rooms to meet the diverse cultural needs of citizens.
The center will be located in the urbanization of the mill, in particular, on the street Burial of the Sardine, which is built on a plot donated by the Consistory.
The Cultural Center, a place for culture, leisure and entertainment of all groups, is strategically situated next to schools and institutes of the municipality which will enable easy access and in turn will give citizens an important agenda of activities .
