After closing, a considerable number of critical and cultural programming last year, the cultural and exhibition "Town Hall", tomorrow Friday, January 22 at 21:00, re-open their halls to open in 2010 with Belén Orta's work, an artist whose aesthetic universe includes plenty of marine animals that serve as support for their creations.
Belén Orta Núñez was born in Cartagena in 1974
His interest in drawing him three years ago to attend the studio of painter Enrique Navarro.
A year later, in 1992, entered the Faculty of Fine Arts of San Carlos in Valencia, graduating in sculpture and intaglio engraving.

In 1998 he returned to Cartagena where pottery begins in the School of Arts and Crafts in the city of Murcia.
The following year he returned to Valencia to restore pottery National Monument San Juan de la Cruz "and during this period he began his doctoral studies.
Since beginning his studies at Valencia is introduced into the art world participating competitions, solo and group exhibitions and sculpture parks.
It stake the first prize for sculpture at Cartagena in 1997 of the Youth Council.

Is selected in the First and Second Biennal d'Sculpture, "Art and Nature" of Raco d'Ademuz of Valencia, where he has a sculpture in the Sculpture Park itself.
In recent times are more interested in public art, so in 2005 participated in the artistic project of "Lit" and beyond urban art projects as "Mucho Mas Mayo, both of the Youth Council of Cartagena.
He has also participated in the Urban Art Festival "San Javier Imagine."
In 2007 and 2008 scholarship from the Concierge Culture, Youth and Sport of the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
He has worked as a cultural manager to manage their own projects and ideas which involves artists from other disciplines.
Belén Orta's work will be open until 20 February in the exhibition space and cultural 'town hall' de Mazarrón.
Visiting hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday also from 17:00 to 20:00.
Closed holidays and last Saturdays of the month.
