The Department of Social Policy of the City promotes the integration of immigrants in the municipality with the organization of courses for this group.

The new bid are the courses 'Assistant Unit', for those who work to caring the elderly and dependent.

This morning the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and the Councillor for Social Policy, Yolanda Vivancos, officially opened two separate courses.

These courses, which are completely free, are scholarships to 10 euros for each day of attendance for those persons who have a serious economic situation.

Courses are held Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 hours at the Civic Center Mazarrón Mazarrón and Puerto in Room Agüera Saturnino.
