The Secondary School Philip II of Mazarrón has carried out throughout the week, "Intercultural Journeys" in which activities have been interspersed with regular classes.
The educational community has lived with enthusiasm a week full of acts whose primary purpose is to promote coexistence and integration between all students.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and the Councillor for Social Policy, Yolanda Vivancos, attended the final day of a week marked by the perfect interplay between teachers and students.
The protagonists of the conference are foreigners, who have entertained their colleagues with henna workshops and exhibition of objects from Morocco.
These days of fun and intercultural learning have been supplemented by short workshop, henna workshop, Greek and Roman games and popular games.
The activity of choice for students has been the 'Radio in the School', in which young people have been involved in recording a radio program that the citizens be heard on local stations.
For citizens of the municipality of Mazarrón, these activities are enriching as they allow the Mazarron know the different cultures of the municipality with a variety of over eighty different nationalities.
