Mazarrón City Council has approved in extraordinary plenary session unanimously six points of the plenary session that will help alleviate the economic crisis.
The reduction of 10% of the salaries of all members of the Municipal Corporation as well as the reduction of 10% of the remuneration of staff confidence, apart from several jobs.
Likewise, the House has given the green light to the reduction of 10% of the costs of care of protocol of the City and 10% of current expenditures and services, which do not affect essential services over the last financial year.
The expansion of budget aid to families with limited resources and the inclusion of the above proposals in the City of Mazarrón budgets for 2010, after appropriate processing, are some of the agreements made at this plenary.
These measures will become effective during the year 2010 as soon as the necessary steps to materialize.
