This morning about two hundred people over the Murcia region have defied the chilly temperatures to attend the 'Display Hiking and gerontogimnasia' in Puerto de Mazarrón.
This exhibition, included in the XV Certamen Socio-Cultural and Sports in the Region of Murcia, the town has brought people over from six social centers such as the Cartagena IMAS I and III, Roldan, San Javier, La Union and Puerto de Mazarrón, whom no adverse temperatures have prevented them from enjoying the day.
From early in the morning, the elderly have focused on Puerto de Mazarrón to start walking route from the residential area to the beach Island Bolnuevo where they have made a table of gymnastics.
Later, the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and the Councillor for Social Policy, Yolanda Vivancos, have given a gift as a token of remembrance to each participant.
The event was attended follow-up and coordination director of the Center for Puerto de Mazarrón Day, Alfonso Cifuentes, who has been very grateful for the development of the sample.
The "Hiking and gerontogimnasia Show 'has been organized by the Instituto Murciano Social Action, under the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration, in collaboration with the Department of Social Policy of the City of Mazarrón.
